 Description

As observed on MAGNOLIA-7762, large amounts of definition files (e.g. virtual URI mappings) under a given directory may trigger OVERFLOW events in our DirectoryWatcher, leading to missing some file creation and update events, as well as possible sub-directory registrations.

When such file-system events occur, the watcher should be able to reconcile its state and update file registrations, new directories in subsequent runs.
