Steps to reproduce

  1. Call an URL containing 2 underscores separated by at least one char like for example https://demo.magnolia-cms.com/a_b_.js

.. Logs, screenshots, gifs...

Expected results

No null pointer but 404 or the given resource.

Actual results

NullPointerException in IsLocaleValid.java

Workaround

Rename Assets or pages to not contain the scheme
