| Description |

We run our author instance in HTTPS/SSL on Tomcat, because people want to be able to edit content outside of our network (at home ,etc). People using IE frequently get issues in the admin interface, with Interestingly, the same server works fine with Mozilla Firefox on Linux or Windows, and previously, when the server was not running HTTPS (we switched when migrating to from 2.0 to 2.1(.5) ) it also worked fine in IE. Because IE is organisation policy most people have it by default. |

2.x versions are not supported anymore. Specified problem is not reproducible in 3.5 and higher. |
