If you create a single column page and a paragraph containg a title, some text and an image that is 710 pixels wide, the image is shown above the text. The image should be shown below the text. |

This is impossible and not allowed/supported by the css spec for floating boxes. W3C's Cascading Style Sheets, level 2, CSS2 Specifications states:

So for the text to float next to image, image has to be specified above the text. And if there is not enough space next to the image the text will be shifted below the image. |
