 Description

The Backup command recovers the  repositoryPath and the  configurationPath from the running instance in within the command is executed. That prevents that, in those Magnolia configurations in which only some of the workspaces are clustered, that data gets backed too.

Would be nice if it were possible to backup partially-clustered Magnolia's instances.

Workaround
Use backup extended for multiple repository support. Target configuration can also be customized.
