 Description

Unless the date is set in the blog entry.
It would probably make sense to pre-fill the Author and the Date fields when creating the blog entry using the current date and current user.

Author and date are pre-filled now (only if there's no value), date is now mandatory in the dialog.

A new blog entry is not listed in the stkBlog aggregation component if the mandatory fields Headline and Date are filled in via AdminCentral tree. If you fill the headline on the entry page then it is displayed.

To reproduce:

  1. Create a new stkBlog page.
  2. Create a new stkBlogEntry page under it.
  3. Give the entry page a title in the AdminCentral tree view.
  4. Open the stkBlog page. The entry is not displayed in the stkBlog paragraph.

It's seems to be a default behavior from the underlying Java code to remove entries without a date.

Now blog entries without a date specified in the paragraph's dialog are also included. If a blog entry has no user defined date, the date of creation stored in meta data will be used as date for the blog entry.
