 Description

Pragma header is deprecated due to causing interoperability problems. See https://httpwg.org/specs/rfc7234#header.pragma for details.
Further more we include Pragma in response even tho it's a request header which is clearly a bug.
When implemented we would save some 70+ bytes of transfer overhead (not much but every byte counts )
