 Description   

Scheduled jobs should have an "enabled" flag for consistency with the rest of Magnolia. They currently support an "active" flag instead, so we should keep on supporting that for a while, for compatibility. Ideally an update task could modify existing job definitions though.

Changing this requires increasing version of scheduler in module descriptor. So feel free to postpone it until more important changes accumulates.

With the update of scheduler in the ce-bundle this becomes a necessary fix in order to prevent migration-deltas.
