| Description |

When copying a file in an observed directly under Linux, the exact same import task shows up twice in pulse. This may be related to different filesystem observation behavior across OS': https://wiki.magnolia-cms.com/display/DEV/Filesystem+observation+overview+on+various+platforms As a more canonical solution also covering other usecases, we could implement some form of duplicate prevention over import tasks. If a new or changed file is detected, only create a new task if none exists yet for that path. |

This also happens in Windows 10. |
