 Description

In the description of the Commenting Module on the Magnolia 5.7 it is stated that the component is rendered with FreeMarker. But if you look at the code you see that it still uses stk.

Hi Felix,

Commenting module was used when it was created as an extension of STK, for instance, demo-project, the demo site implemented with STK used it, because of that the renderType is stk by default. However, as you can read in the documentation, you can change it to freemarker if needed:

renderType Change this property to freemarker if necessary.

Please, take into account that Commenting Module is now in maintenance mode. May I ask the project/customer where you are using it?

Regards,

Mercedes
