If we use concatenation (i.e <em>${msgCount}</em> ${i18n.get('template.comments.comments',[msgCount)} this, then the only option is to display "0 comments" instead of "no comments". We probably did this to keep the msgCount in between <em> tags, but the trade-off of having the <em> in the translation file seems lower than having poor textual content. |
