 Description

In Assets App sorting:

ACs

  • The default view mode is tree view or search results view (list view) if the user is already using other search features like the search bar or filters.
  • If in tree view, once the user sorts a column content, the table content will automatically change to search results view (list view)
  • All columns in the table are sortable – one at each time.
  • When the user clicks the sorting icon:
    • On first click, the content will be organised from A to Z (Ascending, arrow up)
    • On second click, the content will be organised from Z to A (Descending, arrow down)
    • On third click the table content goes back to default sorting – tree view or user ranking results (list view)

Tech notes:

  • The sorting behaviour includes now 3 clicks instead of 2. 1# ascending, 2# descending and 3# clears out the sorting back to default
  • An hovering state gets added to the sortable column headers
