There is no straightforward way to create a new asset programatically, one needs to create a JCR node, wrap it to become an Asset via #createAsset and open an InputStream from this on, eventually provide the metadatas for it. It'd be helpful to provide some utility methods for that, same way as DMSUtil#addDocument and Document#setFile did in Mgnl 4. |
