 Description

We plan to add a (actually missing) "download asset" action to the list of available actions in the Action bar. As a result, I'd like to re-examine the existing "upload" actions as well to make sure that we don't have "upload" actions in one place and "download" actions in another. This is also desirable because we're currently using two different icons for two "upload" actions - this should really be unified to be consistent.

I propose these changes:

  1. Rename the "Upload asset" action to "Add action" to increase consistency and avoid clash with upload/download group. Could also be labelled "Add / Upload asset".
  2. Move and fix "Upload zip archive" to separate upload/download group.
    • Positioned after publish/unpublish group.
    • Fix action name to be sentence case: "Upload zip archive" (currently: "Upload Zip archive")
    • Use the correct upload icon
  3. Offer "Download asset" action, when asset is selected.
  4. Optional: offer a "Download as zip archive" action for folders.

4) is optional and requires a discussion on: is this needed? if so, what are the limits? We could offer the action on root folder level, but that might download trillions of giga bytes.

Added mockup showing how I'd like to change the order and grouping of actions, once the new "download asset" action is added.
