Hello Glen,

For this kind of issue, Magnolia provides two channels that you can use depending on your contract:

  • If you have a support contract with Magnolia, you can enter support requests into our Jira issue tracking system.
  • If you don't have a support contract, you can still get very valuable help from the mailing lists and wiki.
