And this only happens after activating nodes from DMS, not from the website or config ? |

This doesn't happen if one is logged in as supperuser. So it might be a kind of permission issue. Will check that. |

This occurs if the user has no read permission on the dms repository. If fixed the code by returning the default icon (letter) in that case. |
