Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to the demo environment using superuser/superuser
2. Visit this URL: http://demoauthor.magnolia.info/dms/openwfe/garbage.pdf

Expected results:
Since this "garbage.pdf" file doesn't exist, we expect a 404 error.

Actual results:
Browser offers to download a 0 length file.

Also, when a user links to a document, and that document is removed, the DMS doesn't return a 404 as expected.

Strangely, this only occurs when the url points to a directory that does exist. i.e http://demoauthor.magnolia.info/dms/foobar/tralala.pdf gets you a 404.

done on svn - will be available with 1.2.6

If we're taking the samples content for examples, the following cases are now sending a 404 error:

  • /dms/unexisting.pdf (was throwing an empty path exception)
  • /dms/openwfe/unexisting.pdf (was sending an empty document)
