 Description

When deleting a page on an instance with no active subscriber, the page will be directly deleted. If you do the same with a dms node, the node is marked for deletion. The only way to delete it is to create a dms jcr tree (or to fiddle around with the delete command).

Please make dms delete action work the same way as website.

Jan claimed that this was resolved by Magnolia 3470, but in fact it's not. So here we go again...

What you did when fixing the command was basically copy over the rest of the execute() method code from the super class. IMHO this command should not override execute() method at all.
