This is probably every where the case where the teaser image is not selected from the dms but the image uploaded directly. In that case the url does not change. First investigation showed that the modification date of the paragraph returned in STKParameterCachingStrategy:43 is null. |

Seams as hm.getNodeData(path).getParent() returns the workspace root instead the parent node. |

Is actually a magnolia bug. We have not realized that since the use case is rather rare. |
