 Description

Creating an area with editable:false through the frontend-helpers doesn't take any effect

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create an area with editable=false
  2. Check the area is still editable, as far as the attribute is not rendered/handled by frontend-helpers

Expected results:
The common template attributes should be supported (https://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/display/DOCS61/Area+definition)
