I received this information by Rebecca Heinen. In the form element "Selection", where you can choose between DropDowns, RadioButtons and CheckBoxes, some markup is unnecessary for the DropDowns. See the attachment, the yellow marked markup. There for it also could be added in the form dialog itself, that the Legend ist only working for ChechBoxes and RadioButtons. |

Fix in formSelection.ftl: only render the fieldset and legend if not a select. |
