Is there any limit on Form sessions? It is not clear from documentation or source code but there seems to be. Is it possible to reset this? Seems like the timer is not being reset on multi-page form. If there was any timeout, surely this must be reset when you move between pages in multi-page form? Any light on how this is currently handled or not handled will be great as we may need to disable or increase timer for our usecase where there are very long forms. |

Hi Ravish,
I therefore assume that a form session will be limited only by the duration of the current user session. Afaik, the module doesn't define any special mechanism to handle that. As a side note, to ask such questions please use our forum https://forum.magnolia-cms.com rather than creating a bug report. HTH, Federico |

OK, Thanks for reply. Sorry, should have posted on forum. We are presently having them time out after 20 mins. Although the session of the user doesn't expire and is still logged in, the form expires. So form state seems to be separately handled than the global user session. I will investigate this further at our end but this is our observation at present. |
