 Description   

Attachments from File fields in html emails are not received correctly in Outlook whereas they are in other clients such as gmail.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a form containing a File field
  2. Configure the form mail settings to type html and the address account to an Outlook account
  3. Try uploading a file and submit the form.

Other mail clients show the attachments
with text mails everything works fine, in outlook, too
