Currently the enctype is hardcoded to multipart/form-data. It's a blocker when someone would like to write the form that will logout the user, So make the possibility to choose of default or multipart/form-data encryption. |

Configuring the value in the dialog is confusing to the users - they don't know the difference. |

Changed to configure in the paragraph parameters rather then in the dialog so the ordinary editors don't get confused by this setting. |
