 Description

If one does not enter a "text for required symbol", the "marker for required field" is still displayed at the top of the form. I don't think it should, as 1) it looks like a "lost" little star 2) if there is no description, then it's assumed the symbol is explicit enough on its own.

Also - I don't understand the fix provided with MGNLFORM-73.
Indeed, I don't have the checkbox in the dialogs anymore, but the symbol still displays ? What's the behavior supposed to be now ?

The intent is to explain the symbol. There's no point in showing the explanation unless both the text and the symbol has been provided.
