If a message was imported from a mailing list using m-m-forum-synchronizer, it's authorId is set to anonymous. If a user registers to the forum afterwards, they'll likely want to associate those messages with their account. Since m-m-forum-synchronizer kept track of the email address the message was imported from, we should be able to reconcile such messages and users. |

Given the thousands of other issues we have open that are more highly requested, we won't be able to address this issue in the foreseeable future. Instead we will focus on issues with a higher impact, and more votes. |
