Looks like IE8 does not like that jquery be loaded from an external site. In our case, this is accomplished by the following line of code <script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.2/jquery.min.js"></script>. Might also be that this is related to some IE specific security settings. In any case, I'm going to replace the external jquery inclusion by serving the js via our usual .resources mechanism. |

jline has compile-time scope and is not needed to install and run the module successfully. |
