 Description

Add this step we are going to add support for filtering on events, based on repository expressions.

So definitions like this:

events:
  - name: p1
    eventType: publish
    entity: Content
    filter: "@repository = 'whatever'"

should be allowed, added to the webhook definition registry (events), and work.

Please confirm the name of the property to be checked, before the development (i.e. repository, workspace, etc).
