Setting of quality property is not working for PNG files. It is working correctly with JPG files, but not with PNG. |

PNG files are lossless by design - there is no 'quality' which could be adjusted. It is possible to decrease file size by reducing the number of colors in the image (the color depth) from PNG-24 to PNG-8, for example, but the whole point of PNG is it produces lossless images, so there is simply no quality value as in JPEG. |
