Accessing MagnoliaPublic instance and error is logged:

I really don't think this is a correct fix, in fact. It's not specific to a public instance at all, and one will run in the same issues on author instances when using any user other than the superuser. Maybe we need a "base-role" like for resources/templates, but I rather think this would be correctly fixed by MGNLIMG-36.

Added a imaging-base role which is added to the anonymous user by default
