 Description

LDAP support should also be converted to a Magnolia Module. This would allow adding Install tasks (e.g. for creating the ExternalUserManager node that is required for LDAP since 3.5).

Additionally, as noted by Zdenek, this would allow the ldap module to show up in the Magnolia Store as installed (currently it always shows up as "not installed", since ModuleManager does not know about it), and would provide updates to users.
