Probably because license was valid until today If you say "I worked until 6pm", you are saying that you stopped working at 6pm, not that you still worked at 6pm http://www.learnersdictionary.com/search/until[1] IMHO this is not an issue. |

I'd agree it's confusing though. I'd be in favor of including the expiration date, for transparency's sake. Otherwise, changing the wording to "Expires on 30.09.2011" might cause less confusion. |
