Also make sure info about expiring license is mentioned on login page and after the login clearly visible inside of the app ... similar to nexus or jira/confluence UI always notifying all users about this and urging them to contact admin to take care. Additional plus would be if upon changing license, system either immediately propagates that to all public instances or at least checks not only author, but also public instances for validity of the licenses. |
