 Description

If you just add the data node (mgnl:content) to the package, f.e. /server/defaultExtension, the property is not installed from the package.
Those node types are successfully installed only when you include its parents (mgnl:contentNode), f.e. the whole dialog definition.

This is not a bug.

/server/defaultExtension is not a node but a property. So you tried to handle a property (NodeData) without its node. This is not supported.

We can think of this when Magnolia and JCR support copying Properties.
