 Description

Find Bar relies on the user's search behavior for learning. Find Bar only learns when you click its suggestions and search results. If you don’t click then Find Bar suggestions will always continue to be poor, they never become relevant. Users who open apps from the App Launcher or who access content items via browser bookmarks or direct URLs will never see their Find Bar suggestions improving.

To remedy this, we should train Periscope also when apps and content items are opened outside of Find Bar. Think of it like “frequently visited” behavior – every time the user opens/visits/accesses a location in AdminCentral we should record it.

In the Community Edition there is no learning at all because Periscope Result Ranker is in DX Core. The "frequently visited" record envisioned above can improve the relevance of suggestions and search results also in CE, without having to rely on a neural network.
