 Description

User story:

As an editor, I want to open an app quickly so that I can start creating content. I'm already familiar with Magnolia. I know the names of the apps I use often.

Goals

  • Make launching apps quick.
  • Reduce the number of clicks.
  • Support power users who use a handful of apps often.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Users should be able to search apps by typing their names. (Currently, we only have suppliers for app content.)
  • Show matching apps in the Apps section of the results list.
    • Example: When I type "pa" into Find Bar, the Pages and Passwords apps are listed in the search results.
  • Launch the app when the user chooses it from the results list.
