 Description

This is a rather complex dialog with checkbox fields revealing other checkbox fields each for a specific criterion (some will be provided by default, i.e. location, language, date, device, etc.). Upon clicking on one of those checkboxes a specific field will appear, e.g. clicking on the date checkbox a custom field made up by a date field plus other fields will show up. Each single composite field will likely have a custom transformer dealing with un/marshalling the chosen value.
One likely approach to build the whole dialog is to use a custom FormDialogPresenter instead of a huge custom field trying to cover all criteria. See also page 3, 4, 5 and 8 of the PDF prototype.

A sample of how the dialog def could look like. The custom presenter class will take care of building the checkboxes and their logic upon un/selecting one. Basically for each field a checkbox will be created. On ticking a checkbox the corresponding field (most likely a custom field) will be displayed. On unticking it, the field will be hidden or removed.
