 Description

Once the inplace-templating module will be phased out completely, module descriptor deps to it which are still present in some modules need to be removed. They are to be found in

  • MGNLSTK and MSITEMESH

Atm they're needed so that inplace-templating is installed and its bootstrap tasks run so that no migration diff is caused.

IMO we should not only remove those dependencies, but also make an "empty shell" of a module from inplace-templating so that anyone who has the dependency would be still able to install their module ... or at the very least startup magnolia. Otherwise all the other installed modules with preexisting dependency will stop magnolia from being able to startup.

Current resources modules do not have any dependency to inplace-templating anymore.
