 Description

Running the corporate website (www.magnolia-cms.com) on my MacBook (Mac OS X) and on the live/test server (Ubuntu) leads to different results regarding resource installation. As we save our files (or should save them) in UTF-8 encoding, they should be loaded using UTF-8 as well.

See the attached patch for my proposed solution. I've Googled for the correct parameter, and compiled the module successfully (with the patch applied against trunk, r44319), but have neither run nor tested the change.
