 Description

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a light module with a config.yaml file and an "includes" directory but no other resources.
  2. Open the Resources app to see the config file and include-able YAML files

Expected results

  1. One would expect to see the module and the above resources.

Actual results

  1. Nothing is shown

Development notes

This is an unusual case, certainly, but I have created an app that contains a set of re-usable YAML files. I would like to be able to view them via the Resources app.

Is this really about the resources app? The Resources app displays anything on the classpath or file system. It doesn't matter what the directory or file name is; it doesn't perform any processing.

The Definitions app would miss the module since it doesn't contain any definitions, though.

I'm not sure if that is correct.

I have installed these two modules into a demo project:
https://git.magnolia-cms.com/users/chris.jennings/repos/reusable-app-fragments

The 'samples' module relies on the other to provide YAML files that are included so I can be sure both are present. However, on opening the Resources app I only see one of the two modules. I think it must be doing some processing.
