 Description

When using deliver endpoints and query to sort the results, the results are returned with case sensitive order.

E.g.
/.rest/delivery/pages?title[like]=%25Tour%25&orderBy=title%20asc
We get: Tour Finder, Tour Types, Tour detail

/.rest/delivery/pages?title[like]=%25Tour%25&orderBy=title%20desc
We get: Tour detail, Tour Types, Tour Finder

It would make more sense to get the sorting done case insensitive.

Agree that sorting should be case insensitive. Current behaviour will cause unexpected results.
