 Description

In our 3.0.5 installation we replaced the existing key we had added to the "enterprise" module with the new license key.
We noticed the following (also after server restart):

  • Sitedesigner shows message: Unlicensed Site Designer. Message: License is empty.
  • The "backup" and "upload" context-menu items are disabled for the Packager
  • If we add the license key to the Sitedesigner license node, then the SD message disappears.
  • The Packager would not enable "backup" and "upload" context-menu items, even after adding the license key to the packager module.

If we acquire a demo-key and replace the new license key, Sitedesigner and Packager work fine, without having to add the license key to the individual modules.

Actually not an issue with sitedesigner itself afaik.
One needs to remove the license node under config:/modules/sitedesigner, the actuall ee license key must be registered under config:/modules/enterprise/license.
Please see MGNLLIC-2 for further comments.
