I think the 'topic' feature is very good in Magnolia, allowing you to show on one page various paragraphs held elsewhere, on other pages in the site. However, heavy use of the 'topics' could end up with many many paragraphs being tagged with many many custom names. This could eventually lead to unexpected behviour if you forget that you also have a few paragraphs tagged with a certain topic, and then for example choose to display paraphs tagged with that topic. Hmm... not sure I've explained this very well. Basically as things currently stand I think it is impossible to keep track of what paragraphs have been tagged with what topics. A list view in Admin Central, of what paragraphs have been tagged with what topics, would be a good addition. |

You can configure these options. Just go to config/modules/siteDesigner/dialogs/siteDesigner/searchTopic/tabIssue/searchIssue/options and also of course all the tabIssue tabs of other paragraphs to set the available topics (not that here "issue" means "topic") |

Filed separate issue for "multiple topics" |

Given the thousands of other issues we have open that are more highly requested, we won't be able to address this issue in the foreseeable future. Instead we will focus on issues with a higher impact, and more votes. |
