 Description

We're accessing the rest api on the author system via a created user. Without SSO our access is working. We're giving the credentials as Basic authorization header value. With active SSO we get a redirect to the SSO login page but the Basic auth is not used.

Is there a solution to this?

One hint: We' using version 2.4.0 of the SSO plugin. Maybe it's solved with the 2.5.1 version.

Tested with version 2.6.0 and it seems to be working fine. Is there some list of changes in the version of the SSO module?

You need to configure and access the protected paths properly. That is Magnolia basic configuration and not related to the SSO module.

I also have an installation with SSO and REST, so your problem is related to path configuration.
