The cms:add is deprecated, but it still works and imho has still a puprose: explicitly defining elements for bars. cms:add is used through many STK templates to set "bar" resp. "box"-type of add bar. Especially carouselArea needs cms:add marker, otherwise the bar is not visible (as Markus pointed out). That's probably because of CSS styles (automatically inserted addbar is not rendered, but firebug can see it in the code) cms:edit is truly not needed (but still supported), so it can be removed right away. |
