 Description

In order to remain backward compliant with 4.5 based STK releases. Currently it's being sorted by modification date, editors have no real way to influence the ordering.

Any progress in work? We have a couple of clients waiting for the resolution. Would be great if this could be resolved soon. Thanks in advance.

Attached workaround. I am a little worried about performace though

It seems, that the problem is in Jackrabbit. Two equivalent queries in SQL and JCR-SQL2 return results in different order. Result of SQL query respects document order in JCR, but result of JCR-SQL2 query doesn't. Property respectDocumentOrder in workspace.xml for dam is set to 'true'. I sent question to Apache Jackrabbit.

Hi Antonin,
You sent a question to Apache Jackrabbit concerning this issue. Did you get any feedback? Is that problem solved for higher Mgnl-Version ?
