Seams as if the old behavior is the preferred one: always add plus-navsub if we have a two level navigation.

So I will partially revert

the class "plus-navsub" should be added, when the second is level is visible - after a user has clicked on a first level item. So if the user is on home the class is not there.

the reason why: the plus-navsub creates the space for the 2nd level.

Ah OK, my former fix was fine and you probably tested an outdated version

So I revert the revert
