Seams as if the old behavior is the preferred one: always add plus-navsub if we have a two level navigation. So I will partially revert |

the class "plus-navsub" should be added, when the second is level is visible - after a user has clicked on a first level item. So if the user is on home the class is not there. the reason why: the plus-navsub creates the space for the 2nd level. |
