 Description

Hello,

I downloaded the above mentioned zip from http://repository.magnolia-cms.com/m2/info/magnolia/magnolia-standard-templating-kit-bundle/1.0/magnolia-standard-templating-kit-bundle-1.0-bundle.zip to play with Magnolia CE 4.0.1 + standard-templating-kit. However after having added the jars in the bundle in magnolia-webapp/WEB-INF/lib and restarted the servlet container I got the following error:

info.magnolia.module.model.reader.ModuleDependencyException: Module Magnolia Standard Templating Kit (version 1.0.0) is dependent on dms version 1.3/*, which was not found.

This is actually intended. Normally the dms is already bundled with your magnolia web application (CE or EE bundle for instance). If you base your project on the empty webapp you have to add both dependencies manually.

Can we improve the user experience in that respect? Show a nice page that tells a user what is missing instead of the Exception page that is shown now?
