If a menu item in horizontal or vertical navigation is selected or not is determined by comparing the handles of both pages. However, if two pages have a similar name (see screenshot attached), this leads to wrong behavior since two nodes get selected. Comparison if a node is selected or not should be performed based on UUIDs instead of handles. Patch attached. Please also backport to 4.1. Thanks! |

Given the thousands of other issues we have open that are more highly requested, we won't be able to address this issue in the foreseeable future. Instead we will focus on issues with a higher impact, and more votes. |
