I have implemented custom versions of the AutoGeneratedExtrasArea and SingletonParagraphTemplateModel classes (and added an ExtrasColumn class) so now we are able to configure auto-generated paragraphs for specific columns in the extrasArea. Currently all auto-generated paragraphs go into extras1, which is too limited for our current project. For example we can now configure a template like this: templateName Along the way I have also changed createMainArea, so it is not necessary to have an auto-generated paragraph in the main area when you want an auto-generated paragraph in the extrasArea. |

Given the thousands of other issues we have open that are more highly requested, we won't be able to address this issue in the foreseeable future. Instead we will focus on issues with a higher impact, and more votes. |
